2 tubes refrigerated crescent roll dough
2 packages of pudding snack packs (8 total)*
1 can chocolate frosting
¾ inch wood dowels (can purchase at Home Depot or Lowell's)
Non- stick aluminum foil
Wrap one end of your wood dowel with nonstick foil. Take two pieces of crescent dough and wrap them around the foil.
Cook over the fire about 5 minutes or until golden brown. Be sure to rotate as you cook.
After the crescent dough is cooked, let it cool on the stick. Gently slide the eclair off the stick.
Carefully spoon your pudding inside of the eclair's. Top with chocolate frosting and whipped cream.
