- 1 block cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c lemon juice
- 1 T vanilla
- ½ can pie filling of your choice (cherry, strawberry, blueberry, etc)
- Graham Crackers
- Mix soft cream cheese & milk with hand mixer until smooth.
- Slowly add lemon juice (mixture will thicken).
- Add vanilla.
- Pour mixture into serving dish & top with pie filling.
- Serve with graham crackers.
