Use the form to the right to look up your LVL Rewards points balance.
Use the email address or phone number we have on file for you. If your balance shows 0 points and you feel that is incorrect, we probably have you registered under a different phone or email address.
The LoyalZoo system will send you a one-time pin number to login.
We currently do not send any SMS messages through the LoyalZoo system, other than the automated PIN number messages. You have the option to Opt-Out at the bottom of the window once you are logged in.
