Lost Valley Lake Resort has a Board of Directors comprised of 7 Owners who guide the Resort in creating Rules & Regulations. Each Board member serves a length of 2 years, and can be re-elected. One year 4 positions are re-elected, the next year 3 positions. Owners vote for their Board of Directors each year at the Annual Owners Meeting on the last Saturday in September.
