The construction on the sun shade pavilion at Lake Expo pool has begun! Maintenance has been working hard to replace the ramps on the boathouse dock!

A new Emergency Phone was installed at Lake Expo Pool. Like the others on the resort, in the event of an emergency just pick up the receiver and the guard house will automatically answer and assist with your emergency. The other emergency phones are located at Condo Building 1, Condo Building 6, Boathouse, Small Pavilion, Aquatics Center, and Fort Wilderness.

We’re sprucing up for Spring at the Boathouse! We are moving the hot tubs from Lake Expo Pool to the Aquatic Center! Maintenance spent some time powerwashing RVs and site pads!

Maintenance staff installed a Pickleball Court at Lake Expo! IT staff installed a new bulb in the projecter inside the Theater! The Maintenance Crew did some work on the ceiling at the Aquatic Center! Maintenance and Grounds worked hard on installing new steps and updating Villa 2! Villa 4 flooring was finished!

Maintenance staff worked hard to replace the flooring in Condo 60! Maintenance staff was grinding stumps after tree removal on the resort. Condo Building 1 had a new roof put on!

** UPDATE: 1:09pm ** Installation is complete and all systems are back online. Later today 5/21, Lake Expo will have an interruption in service with phones, internet and TV while the phone company installs new line to the building. The outage isn’t expected to last very long with all service restored by the end of the day.
